Job Description
Responsibility
- Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industry
- Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements
- Participating in Admission Selection interviews .
- Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules .
- Taking Personal Counselling’s to students
- Documentation works.
- Accompanying students while participating in interviews.
- Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students).
Essential Skills
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi and Telugu)
- Good Team player
- Ability to handle and place the students
- Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
- Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on regular basis.
Education Qualification
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- MBA (HR) is preferred
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into IT Industry
