Lalitha is from a middle-class family. Her father is working at Siris Electrical Company and her mother is a homemaker. She got to know about the Nirmaan skill center through her friend Deevina who also got trained in the Nirmaan skill center. She wanted to be independent. She has poor communication skills and she doesn’t have any idea about IT. She is very hardworking and a quick learner too. She says: After completing the training I have improved on communication skills and technical skills. Now I am confident that I can do anything and be able to face problems. Now I am working in Vajraa cold storage as a Junior Accountant for the past 4 months and earning Rs 8000/- PM. We are here with Ajith, a brilliant student. He is a Graduate in BSC chemistry. His Father is working in the private sector and his mother is a homemaker. My name is S. Poorna Chandrika, I did my MBA in the specialization of HR. My mother is doing her own clothes selling business online and I have a brother who is studying. I got to know about Nirmaan Skill center through my friend and without any delay a joined Office administration course, due to lockdown I am becoming dull day by day so I thought to brush up my skills again and now I am happy with as not only I brush up my skills but also I feel myself up skilled as I learnt technical skills, communication skills, build my vocabulary, got many tips on body language and most importantly learnt how to overcome my fears and challenges personally as well as professionally. Sai Kumari is a married woman & has two kids. Her education background is intermediate. When she joined the training, she was very shy and felt very low as not able to speak in English. She Said: I got to know about Nirmaan Skill centre through a local App. When I joined the training, I was very shy and low as I am married and having two Kids. My education background is just intermediate and I am poor in English Communication. After completion of training, I am confident of my communication skills. I have also gained good knowledge on computers (MS OFFICE). My typing speed has increased from 15 wpm to 30 wpm. The most important thing I want to share is now I am independent, able to help my family financially and pursuing my graduation. Barla Sravani is a hardworking and dedicated person, her aim was to get into the Pharmacy industry and on her successful completion of her training program at Nirmaan skill center, She got selected for MSN PHARMA NEEDS and she earns a salary of Rs. 8000/- per month. She said: During the lockdown all the training center's were closed. I have decided to go for online classes. Same time I came to know about Nirmaan from one of my friends. When the classes started I was pretty happy and satisfied because of their teaching technique. “Self Belief and hard work will always earn you success”. Says Ambala Swathi. Swathi is from a farmer's family, studied till 12th after marriage moved to Hyderabad in search of their livelihood. Her husband works in a mechanic shop and he is the only one who earns for a living. In order to support her family financially she joined the basic computer program at HSBC-Nirmaan vocational training center she improved her typing skills and learn how to browse internet services. Now she is working in Sun Solutions Pvt Ltd and earning 8000/- per month.

"The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." I am someone who always wanted to earn a living and help my family financially. Despite my dedication and will to work, I lacked basic communication skills. I'm an introvert who finds it very difficult to interact with others. This was one of the major reasons why I took a step back every time I got a chance to work. Recently, I got to know about TMF- Nirmaan through my brother who had already joined the program. After noticing the change and improvement in him, I immediately enrolled for the training. The faculty at Nirmaan filtered out my weaknesses and helped me overcome them in a very effective manner. I was enlightened with the skills needed for a better future. Post completion, I appeared for an interview and got selected in the first attempt. I'm working at Concentrix Vizag and earning 1.9L PA. I'm glad about how things have turned out. The entire credit goes to TMF-Nirmaan.

I am S. Bharathi 21 years old. I studied till 10th and was not sure about my career choices. My mother was my inspiration for joining in the tailoring course as she takes care of our family round the clock and after her household chores she prepares soft toys and supports my father financially but these pandemic situations showed us the financial hardship. Recently through a pamphlet distribution, I got to know about the training programs being conducted by Nirmaan organization.
I pursued a tailoring course in this program. I have learned stitching very passionately. My hardwork and the efforts of volunteers have turned fruitful as I got placed in Shreya collection with a monthly salary of Rs. 3500 and said by the owner that I can earn more when I acquire the perfection in stitching.
The lockdown phase was very difficult for my family but now I'm glad that I can help them financially. This was possible because of Nirmaan and I thank them wholeheartedly.

Myself T.Haritha. My father is an electrician he is the bread earner of our family but due to covid he is not getting any work. I always wanted to help him financially.I came to know about Nirmaan-Arcesium through pamphlet distribution in my area and I enrolled for a tailoring course. This course helped me develop my livelihood and communication skills. I am grateful to Nirmaan organization for organizing this program as it helped me fetch a job in Kavitha Ladies Designers near my house. Myself Akshay V passed out from BMSCE 2015. I am a single parent child. I was facing difficulty to pay my engineering fees.
